Artist of the Year、Best Collaboration、Best Dance、Best Long Form Video、Best Album、Best Cinematography以及Best Choreography。
Taylor Swift則拿下本屆最重要的Video of the Year，以〈The Fate of Ophelia〉擊敗Ariana Grande、Bruno Mars、Madonna、Sabrina Carpenter與GENER8ION等入圍者。
Artist Director Honors
Song of the Year、Best K-Pop與Best Group三座獎項。
其中Song of the Year是在包括Madonna與Sabrina Carpenter合作曲〈Bring Your Love〉、PinkPantheress與Zara Larsson的〈Stateside〉等作品的競爭中勝出，顯示BTS今年不只在K-pop類別受到關注，也進入VMAs年度歌曲的主要獎項版圖。
LISA、Sienna Spiro
